    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

Thanks Mike. But if that's the case,( and it may be it) why would it be happening? Did it spin and gall when It was locked up with the Metco tool but just didn't break loose when I was using the electric gun? And then she broke free when I used the more power full air gun, but the damage was...

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

OK. Pulled it apart @9:15 morning. Every thing on blower side looks good. Rotors as far as I can see look good. Check the bolt holding coupler on snout side and yep its loose. Can spin it off with my fingers. My thoughts were when I was zapping the pulley with the electric impact gun, it shocked...

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

Thanks. I'm just hoping it's the least damage of a bad scenario. If it's the pulley, coupler, or snout it sucks and a PIA and more work but if it's the case and rotors or something got sucked up in the assembly.... then, that's the big problem and the big money and even more work . Yea, that...

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

Sorry @Speedy! I already started disassembly last night in prep for this morning. And last time I tried to post a vid from my phone it wouldn't take on this site. I didn't want to pull blower apart hot. I was afraid of worpage taking apart the aluminum blower and I thought the rubber in the...

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

I torqued it to 70ft/lbs as per your video. Lol. Seriously, I'm afraid to pull this apart when it cools down, I don't know what could be rattling like that. I thought this was a slam dunk, easy breezy. I was even gonna' WIKI it to show some small differences between your blower and mine and...

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

I installed a Hellraiser pulley yesterday. Initial start up was fine. Took car out today for 30 mile drive shakedown. Drove like an old lady 55- 60mph all the way with one stint to maybe 70mph, didn't even get into boost at all. Come back pull car in driveway and pop hood....MARBLES! I got...

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Those AAD arms look like professional race quality pieces, but that don't mean sh%^ if they're just not right. In your opinion, worth it or no?

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Thanks. It's the 3.17 (#920668) No tune yet. Supposedly It's good for 45RWHP on a RE with no tune and as long as you run 93 octain your fine. Weather's getting cooler also:D. I'm going to run some Octanium boost if I can get my hands on some for now. The car will eventually be tuned, but I have...

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

INSTALLED HELLRAISER PULLEY. Got a great deal on a brand new unused Hellraiser pulley ($450). All I had to buy at extra cost was the belt ($70) and the smaller than stock H17 size hex install tool for the Litens pulley ($7). The supporting Metco install/removal tool and large Hex tool to remove...

    Very Sad day

My $20 is down as @BULL suggested. If just the members on this thread were in, that would make a nice arrangement and send a nice message to family as @Markp said. Just put up the post when figured out so I get an alert on my phone in time.

    Very Sad day

What a shocker and what a great guy! I was just posting with him about 340's like last week! Gave me some genuine laughs with his Flori-duh Mem posts. So sorry to hear that. Rest in peace.

I can't believe how bad this availability situation has gotten. I was like @Hpindy , I got mine in like a week, less than 2yrs ago. Who would'a thunk?
