Hopefully it can stay lifted off the ground in the high setting at higher speeds. I could see a lot of scraping going down on that front end where I live

CC is quite the guy....he reminds me of a dog...lets say a golden lab...abuse him..beat him..throw him down the stairs..lock him in the basement...come back a day later..and he's waggin his tail..glad to see ya...hes not even mad....thats CC...insult him..chide him..verbally abuse him...tmro..there he is grinnin from ear to ear...

As long as he's not like the guy training his dog not to shit on the floor. The first he grabbed the dog threw him against the wall and then threw him out the window. To me that's still not a corvette. Great car, but it's not what Corvettes have always been about. I know it had to evolve to compete but it's essentially an NSX. I'll never own one (doesn't make sense for me) but I appreciate its performance. Z06 vs regular looks the same to me. Saw my first one in person a few months back. It's orange and black and is being driven by some old lady who wears make up like Tammy Faye Baker. She also likes retracting the top at lights so she can get attention. lol, where I first saw it was her cruising past freaking Wal-Mart.

I for one am not really sure what a Corvette is supposed to be...other than the real American sports car...I owned a new one in 74..."unimpressive"...in 1990 I bought a #'s matching 69...427 convertible...no power steering..no air..ankles got cooked from the heat of the big block..it rattled...it creaked..it shuddered...sold it in 08...C5&C6...were ugly cars...C7's certainly more refined and impressive...in looks and performance...The Corvette has been a lot of things since its inception....but still is the longest running 2 seat American sports car...(regardless of where the parts come from)...and like it or hate it...the C8 is the most refined version yet

The Corvette market has softened up...cars are more plentiful..early on if you had a base model not optioned out...you could make 20/30 grand...not now

My C8 was a very early delivery..(mid March 2020)..I coulda flipped it for an easy 20 grand..I actually considered it...till my wife drove it..and took both sets of keys...end of discussion

I am #1 on the local dealers Z06 list. Put my deposit down 6 months ago. I am 6-4 225 and will worry about fitting in the bloody thing when it is sitting in my garage. In the mean time I have 2020 GT 500 to either trade for a TRX or sell out right at MSRP!

The older you get the faster the years go by, imo. My theory is that when you're like 10 years old, a year represents 1/10 of your life experience/existence. Now, at 68, a year is only 1/68. Just accelerating toward those pearly gates (or the burning sulfur lake).
