The cheapest way for me to get them is through Summit. It looks like $2150 shipped to me. As long as that doesn't change when I finally get billed. So not bad compared to some other things or places
It looks like years past they have done Black Friday sales

I have thought about it. There's someone at the track who I suspect may have an extra set of redeye/demon axles. I may ask if he wants to sell them. But at the same time new with warranty and just not worry about it anymore. If renegades go 200 off I'll for sure go that route.
I'm starting to wish I just bought a redeye

I keep hearing the 3.09 is the best.
Well full weight stock power and a 2.62 gear with a 305/17 can 60' too
I have had so many 1.50x and keep trying to get a 1.4x.
Well this past Friday the little grey cat did it 3 times.
Full weight as in compressor and floor mats are even still in the car.

Start with the tires . I believe you will need a tune to get rid of the cat over temp issue .

I had a really bad vibration. A few months ago. I had all tires balanced and it went away. Remember vibration in the steering wheel is front tires and vibration in the floor or whole car is the rear typically.
I have both in the wheel and the whole car.
I know I have a goofy front tire that is egg shaped. It hasn't been an issue until now.
The 2 other times I went they weren't on and the car still shook. I just mounted new rears and still there. So I am going to try without the balance beads and go back to trying a regular balance.

The track is worth the trip for sure. Oilburner, SRTDemon and HPIndy came down for the day and it's a 6 hour drive for them.
its well worth the drive an was great to sit down in a restaurant with everyone again.
every time you looked Nick was maintaining the track prep, it doesn`t get better than that.

its well worth the drive an was great to sit down in a restaurant with everyone again.
every time you looked Nick was maintaining the track prep, it doesn`t get better than that.
It was great to finally get together again, for sure. It has been awhile.
As for Nick and the track. Well I'm not sure you will find better.
Where else do quick cars like yours have little to no traction issues in the cold on a cloudy, windy day.

It was great to finally get together again, for sure. It has been awhile.
As for Nick and the track. Well I'm not sure you will find better.
Where else do quick cars like yours have little to no traction issues in the cold on a cloudy, windy day.
I was very happy, I met both my goals 1.3x 60 ft an 9.3x ET
now I have to figure out how to keep tires from turning so much on the rims or go to bead locks.

Hot lapping not shutting the car off and running within minutes of the last run or hot lapping it getting back in the staging lanes where it heat soaks before another pass

What was your 60 ft on your 10.37 pass? You were a tenth quicker but with less mph then this weekend
I checked logs from the weekend, and it looks like the cat recall is still showing up.
The car keeps going into what appears to be a cat over temp situation. The injectors were at or over 100% duty cycle 3 times in a run.💩🤬
I though the electrical issue that was found fixed that. I guess I was wrong.

Thanks. Sadly after looking at logs the car is still acting up. It looks like there was more in it. I could feel the power drop off around the shift points. The logs confirmed what I fealt.
