One thing I did discover is that tires will leave a mark/stain on the tile if left unattended for a long while...so...no shit please, my cars and bikes sit on carpet squares if parked for longer than a month. Little OCD I suspect.

Same with bare concrete.

The epoxy finish that preceded this floor was horrible for tire stains...they were permanent no matter how I tried to remove them. But then again it was a Menards non professional coating and had no durability in any sense.

There is more expensive garage floor tiles made out of hard, medium or soft plastic. I can’t remember exactly the name of it. And there’s foam like tiles. Like the same material Race Ramps are made out of.
But thanks for the replies,guys. I’ll probably leave my concrete floor bare for now.
‘I’m on a budget. What kind of paint, if any is good to paint the floor?

I think Sherwin Williams sells paint and stains for concrete. The thing is, if it’s just paint or a surface coating, it will peel or lift. You need a penetrating concrete stain. Make sure that the concrete is acid etched clean, dry and no moisture is coming out of the concrete. If you have moisture coming up through the slab, you may as well leave it bare concrete.
