    Cost of Owning a GT-R

Well I guess looks are subjective. Looks gorgeous to me. As soon as I win the lotto and can afford a used car lot like CC I'm getting one.

Seriously considering getting a Tesla Model S P 100 D to replace the Charger

Was just driving a Tesla today. I prioritize power (well torque actually) and the Tesla has buckets of it. I'm not getting one though as I don't have the garage space or the income for all the cars I think are interesting. As I can only have a few cars the Tesla isn't making my list. Its...

Testing a JLT intake on a stock Hellcat

Awesome report thanks for doing the testing. My takeaway is that the JLT performed as expected with no gain. Lots of variables but basically the stock box is not holding the car back. Still keeping the JLT on though as its louder for me and looks as though it doesn't significantly degrade...

Testing a JLT intake on a stock Hellcat

Looking forward to the results. I put one on my stock Hellcat for the noise enhancement. I doubt there is much power to be had but its a nice thought. I'm hoping your real world testing shows some benefit. I'm keeping mine on even if you show a loss though cause I like the whine. (y)

What have you driven or ridden today😁

Took delivery of my new daily driver. While not quick it does have six gears and a third pedal. No more driving the Hellcat in the rain, she is fair weather only now.

    emissions testing offer

$500 for up to two months...who the hell would take that deal? I would however be up for $1,500 per day for 56 days (8 weeks). Full term payment up front with no discount for early return. Car must be returned detailed, with full tank of gas, and in the same condition as it was received, so I...

    Auto Transport and Advice requested

I would drive it. It will be a memorable adventure with your new car and allow you to break it in day one. 650 miles is perfect. It will arrive home ready to go.

Post pictures of your Hellcat CHARGER!

Was thinking about adding a Mazda 3 six speed to my humble fleet as a daily driver. Took this shot when at the dealer. The Mazda's seemed a bit nervous...

    Camaro 2022 Humm

I also have a soft spot for them. Had a 96Z28 that I modified quite a bit. Drag raced her, road raced her and did quite a bit of autocross. Still got with it awfully well for an LT1 powered live axle car when I sold her with 120k miles on it. So much fun was had for not much cash. I'd love a...

    February 2021 HFCOTM

Mabey we should have two categories, Hellcat Forum Taxi of the Month and the Hellcat Forum not a Taxi but basically as big and a bit slower of the month. :p Give us Charger guys a better chance at the prize.

Are Hellcats (FCA) Products that easy to steal?

How motivated do you think the manufactures are to better secure the vehicles they produce? If a car gets stolen, usually it is insured and another car gets purchased. Kind of good for them really?

The Electric Revolution is truly here and what does it do to the ICE AGE?

That is interesting: https://arstechnica.com/cars/2020/10/chevrolet-readies-an-electric-crate-motor-for-homebuilt-ev-hotrods/ Thinking of repowering my 72 Scout II. This E-Crate isn't super powerful but its more than the truck makes now. Not liking the battery placement though, took up the...

Nail biter, Redeye VS Tesla Model S Raven DragRace

Yeah, I'll definitely take one of those please. Does not seem like a minivan, at all. That thing and my hellcat, life would be about perfect.

Nail biter, Redeye VS Tesla Model S Raven DragRace

    That would be killer

Nail biter, Redeye VS Tesla Model S Raven DragRace

In my dream world, I'd have both. I'm no fan boy or environmentalist but if the car is faster...I'll take it. If I can have only one fun car, then I'd be more likely to go ICE due to nostalgia as I did. Ideally I'd like a light weight two seater sports car with a stick, an automatic fast ICE...

How do you take car off eco?

This thing has an ECO mode? Is that part of the black key thing? Haven't tried that either. :p

Which radar detector are you using?

This is why we need a bogey counter and GPS. The unit knows about the four signals coming from the grocery door sensors and when there is suddenly a fifth signal...its Smokey!!! or a new door.

Decision Time on a Replacement Tire

Well, I'm just going to wrap my catch can in a protective Kevlar blanket and never allow passengers in my car. My risk assessment indicates this would adequately mitigate risk of fire and frivolous law suits due to 104Y rated high performance tires. Yes might still loose tires and wheels but...
