So, thinking that bearing in tensioner was bad, I removed to find out the fuckers sent me one 1 inch wide, not the 1-3/4 wide.
But I degress.
I cannot get the fucking belt back on.
Any ideas?

I can't get the wrench on the right side of the belt when I move the tensioner.

I always route it through the tensioner /crank/ and the AC compressor first and then put breaker bar in the tensioner so I can get it over alternator last

Harbor freight also has a thin serpentine belt wrench I have and use, but it doesn't ratchet. They do sell an icon one that ratchets though

Yeah that one takes a lot of pressure. That sucks, put the old one back on?

Wasn't the serpentine.
Was the blower belt.

Yea, had to.
The one they sent was only 1 wide thick.
The bearing I thought was making the noise is 1-3/4 inches wide

How in the world do you access all that?
Take the front off?

To route the belt? It's all accessible, just some bending of the radiator hose and underneath the car if you want to double check it's on the crank pulley. Usually I do it (mines still stock but have had the belt out) I have the supercharger hard lines out by the alternator and belly pan is off

Ohhh, supercharger belt isn't fun either. you have to loosen the serpentine belt to get it over it.

Aholes, I hate getting the wrong part.
Thank you for the input.
Guess I don't have enough ass in my backside to do this stuff anymore.
Wore me out just removing that one (and then trying to figure out how to get it back on.
Probably going to be taking it to a shop (or dealer).

Anytime. Yeah, a breaker bar at least is a must in order to get the leverage you need. Hard doing it with one person
