sounds like a quantity of special builds that will fuel the auctions for a while, for those with the excessive means to throw crazy money around. Us little ol regular folk without unlimited budgets are basically screwed. I've already switched gears I guess by starting to accumulate parts and strategic inventory and maybe get lucky on finding the right gently used older model and maybe build something to my tastes...The only positive thing I heard was maybe they are finally going to loosen the reigns on the damn auto trans's, also the IHI blowers......headed for DC kits/sales?

It just wouldn't surprise me if all this new stuff flops all of a sudden Hellcat or better gets re-announced. Couple years pass, new administration, who knows.

Crystal ball stuff, but these companies have lobbyists and could join forces with big oil. It's always about the money after all. My gut says EV is just the new shiny thing but I could be wrong.

I hope you’re right but I think it would take a lot to turn the ship around at this point. Lots of money already spent to eliminate ICE. Possibly it goes in a different direction then EV. Hydrogen or something like that? Who knows? I just can’t see them returning to ICE unless maybe there was some new amazing breakthrough technology.
