I ran a 9.6 at 149.56 mph first pass. I pulled timing as it was my first pass on the 275s r15 and prep. They told me if I went over 150 I would be dis qualified for the license. I had a really bad 60 came out of the whole really soft.
next pass I went 9.3 at 146 and ran against @vortecd. Car cut out on my right before half track. I was a little low on fuel. I have debated about turning it up a little more tomorrow but I don’t want to worry about spinning so I may just leave it as is. With Josh there not like I will win quick 8 anyway.

We had parked where all the Hemi class was suppose to which was at the very end of the track but it seems everyone was spread out. Only 2 guys I knew where there so we moved to the other side of the track closer to the tower where Darrel Cox was pitted. We will have to go down to the end of the track for the drivers meeting but all in all a better spot. It was also in the shade into 2pm but there was still a little to be found. They call the area "the golf coarse" We were close to that area 2 years ago before the shunned us to the end of the track where you don't see anything. Stands are not far from here either

From what I could tell, yes you're in. The announcer didn't say most of the ets and I couldn't read them on the screen so it's a guess on my part.

From the cars I’ve seen I’m 3rd or 4th fastest. The demon that went in front of me is good friends with Simon. That demon has been high 8s

So we do our 3 runs and average them for our time. The 8 fastest from the average run heads up Sunday. One bad run will mess up your time

I knew we were going to get some rain last night and maybe something this morning. There is a big storm heading over the lake so we are going to be late to start. I hope we get our 3 run in. Another storm coming tonight and tomorrow doesn't look good

I have not cut my grass in 5 weeks because of lack of rain but every time we want to go racing it rains
