Anyone get a set of Mickey Thompson tires covered in a silver graphite like paste? Almost like anti sieze. All around the bead and coating the insides. Never received a set of tires like this before, and I've gotten these tires multiple times over the years.

It's from a big company. Supposed to be brand new. I'm very unhappy.
