Mine does not. It often takes me a few tries to get the window to stop slightly down, where I want it.
Sure wish there was no such thing as auto up or auto down.

Now I'm wondering again and I've just done another search. Found the below but its dark and raining now so will try tomorrow.

This is for Vehicles equipped with the Auto Window Switches (Marked "Auto" on the switch) for driver and passenger windows.
1. Turn the key to on.
2. Roll the window down all the way and hold for 10 seconds. (This resets the auto down)
3. Pull the switch up and hold for 10 seconds. (This resets the auto up)
They said that if you listen very closely, you could hear a click from the switch after 10 seconds showing that it has reset.

Okay, fine. But how do you get rid of the auto functions???
I may have to poke around and see if AlfaOBD can do it.

They said the cause of loss auto up feature was disconnected battery so that might work for the up part but probably not the down.
Mine are 2 stage switches so pulling gently to first stop should work though?

Yeah, that's probably what I'm doing wrong - just hitting the switch as in any other vehicle, instead of gingerly bypassing the auto feature(s).

It's like when turn signal/wiper sticks are on different sides, you just can't help but wipe the windscreen when you want to turn.

Funny that you mention that. I turned the wipers on quite a few times in my Daihatsu Hi Jet after I first got it.
Then I got another RHD car, a Jeep JK, but it has the blinker stalk on the left, like I'm used to with LHD,
Oh well, it never hurts to pay attention.

When I hammer my throttle my sliding cover on my sun roof automaticaly slide back all the way. Wonder if a reprogram would fix that?

Challengers do not have auto up . The window switches do not have the hardware for it and it needs to be achieved in the canbus .
You need to know some that knows how to make it work......

Challengers do not have auto up . The window switches do not have the hardware for it and it needs to be achieved in the canbus .
You need to know some that knows how to make it work......

So go check it out. Some dude swears by it and believes his stock Hellcat does 0.8 sec 0-60! He did not say where the crack was purchased and even shows he has reproduced and has children.

So, 0-60 mph in 10 seconds will expose you to 0.27g. Barely over a quarter of normal Earth gravity. To equal 1g of acceleration, a car would need to get to 60 in 2.74 seconds, roughly. If we want to be really, really exact, it looks like 1g is getting to 60 MPH in 2.73511683 seconds.

So, we all know 1g is no problem. Tesla Model S that can get to 60 in 2.39 seconds is pulling 1.14g, which is greater than Earth gravity, just by a bit. Again, no safety issue there. If we jump up to the acceleration levels of a top fuel dragster, we start seeing some bigger numbers.

A top-fuel dragster can go from 0-100 MPH is about 0.86 second—rockets don’t even accelerate that quickly, even if they do end up going much, much faster. That kind of acceleration is worth about 5.3g. Plenty, and you’ll definitely feel that (it’ll feel like you’re 5x your weight) but that’s not going to kill you.


SOoooo - he would have to be faster to 60 than a top fuel dragster is to 100 :unsure: :ROFLMAO:

@AeroF16, how many Gs are you pulling regularly?
Normally 5-7 Gs for most missions.

For BFM and the "dogfighting" missions we consistently hit 9+ Gs.
