@TrackDay it worked much better Monday, I drove it up knowing the day was questionable. That made the day more easy and better. I took it up on the Toyo’s, I am naming them Ironsides. We did the comp course in the morning. The advanced group finally got a shot at the big course at 2pm. Well, I think I got 2.5 laps in before it rained, maybe. There was a group of four Porsches I let by. Oh boy, too bad we could not play all afternoon. The advanced group had pass anywhere with a contract. Well, the contracts were getting to be some quick handshakes. They needed to try one more lap after I pitted. One is lucky no body damage happened. Spun on the dragstrip, dumbass. That glue shit is good while it is dry, just plain black ice otherwise.
So two things, and you know what I did for adjustments were right, and again, the death wobble is again a toe problem. Logged an easy 1:59 just before it rained, and got a solid 120 mph entry done! It was rock solid on acceleration everywhere. Nothing like the need to lift when acceleration is your best asset, huh? The R888R’s were squealing like a pig up front all morning. But they won’t wear out! I immediately missed the 325’s. Maybe not so much the rears, but I could feel I had substantially less up front.
Remember, that teaser picture was shot and you went past that RE on a yellow.
