The consumer wins in about 90% of these type of cases because the court always assumes, as a professional, that you know better, and you took advantage of an uneducated consumer.
I don't have a background in the legal system, however, I think you would be hard pressed to prove that the consumer that's writing a $200,000 check wasn't educated.
The customer is complicit with the process and their signature would definitely be on the separate document indicating there would be an additional payment or ADM to cover the difference from the MSRP.

We're in real estate and your contracts better be 100% clear and clean. No matter what, the courts almost always sides with the consumer whether it's $5K or $5 million.

Dodge is the one being duped, not the consumer.

Being that the judge is a Mopar fan as well, they may very well decide that you're going to get your demon for MSRP and lifetime oil changes.

My favorite Demon color combo. There was a solid yellow one next to us at the track. They look great in that color!
When I saw the Pennzoil Demon commercial filmed in Pittsburg...that was it...had to have that color combo...

That color is hard to beat when the sun is shining on it. It really pops.

That's true of most of Dodge's high impact colors.

Amazing in the sun, dreary when it's overcast.
