Probably just as cheap to buy a new air dam as it is to get the banana shipping protectors.

I believe the regular Hellcat 2015 - 23 ( non wide body ) protectors will fit the Demon 170

Not a “Splitter Protector”, it is cheap, junk and they frankly look like shit; a shipping protector.

May want to check ebay.

Don't do it though, looks seriously stupid. I mean do these people leave the tags on their clothes when they wear them too?

Tim K made it a point to make those not available as a part, so you'll need to find them on the used market.

Alright, I have pristine ones...for a mere $950.

Plus shipping, since they're so precious.

Just as a WAY long time ago throwback, when the Hellcats first came out, some people were selling these on ebay, while others were throwing them out.

First they were a fad, then they were an embarrassment. Tim K ridiculed owners for them and was annoyed by the fact that they were left on.

They went from yellow, to purple (again, done by Tim K) in an attempt to get owners to not leave them on and be embarrassed by them.

I left mine on for about a year, in fact I went to the first Colorado Mile with them on and got the full range of response to them.

I eventually took them off, not because of pressure from people, but because I outgrew the novelty of them.

Mine came off on a freewway pass. Dragged it for about a mile and a half, before being able to get someplace safe.

I never saw mine. When I picked up my Hellcat Charger, everything was ready to go and installed. I didn't know I was going to be Drag racing it then and even paid the 4,000.00 for the lifetime warranty. But, Reedman's in Langhorne saw my video's and sent me a 4,000.00 check back.

@BULL do you remember when owners were spray painting them the color of their Hellcats?

I thought that didn't look too bad.

That wouldn't bother me.

But it's easier to put them on the garage shelf (or in the trash) where they belong than to paint them and then put them on the shelf or throw them away.

The funny thing about those protectors...is when I first bought mine, every woman who looked at the car commented on how they liked the yellow lip. Thought it added character.

People either really liked them, or really hated them... When I first got mine, I was always curious about the looks I would get...

Is that Love or is that Hate???

That they looked at you instead of the car should've been a strong hint.
