I've seen them run in MSHS.

Way back we used to run a H pipe with bells.

I’m thinking of doing a small X pipe and turndown for mine right off the mid pipes to reduce weight - back from the midpipes weighs almost 80 lbs

Racecars aren't normally show cars. Most are great 20 footers.

Wheelie bar time.

That kinda shit is to be avoided. Bars are insurance against destroying your car. It’s not a matter of being a “sissy “. It’s about not throwing a $100k out the window doing stuff like that. The wall is waiting. Mine on the bars and not lifting…..

Me either. I didn’t like that one in the picture. My old suspension was designed to do them because the NHRA dictates design and adjustment in the stock classes. That old DragPak 4-link and long travel coil-over setup is designed to lift the front because they like wheelies. The NHRA Stock classes (including factory stock showdown) all run wheelie bars because NHRA thinks it wows the spectators. Show me a picture of a NHRA Stock Catagory car on the track that the wheels aren’t two feet in the air. To a point that’s ok. That type of weight transfer suspension works well on a minimal prep track. High prep tracks… it becomes a problem. I am currently changing my rear to an anti-squat design that will get the job done while keeping the front down.
