Causation is not correlation. If you are logging the correct channels and the throttle body is opening at WOT then you are bleeding boost and the motor is failing. Can happen at any boost value above stock.

From those pics I don’t see belt slip, at least not an abundant amount. If you wipe your finger around the thermostat housing does it come back black and cruddy? Doesn’t look like it would. Belt slip makes a mess.

I have belt dust on mine just from wear from the pulley so it can be hard to measure that way. I had a pulley many years ago that was very aggressive and the 1st drive of 30 miles there was a ton of belt dust and I never got on it. It was like a cheese grater
I don't think mine showed lower boost with cat deletes back when I tried them stock. You will see a bigger difference in DA. If it is cold out the boost will read higher

Well log to was showing a lot of knock. Also one of the logs showed fuel trims from bank 1 and 2 were way off. Also at wot fuel trims are pretty rich and need straightened out but I doubt before signing off I didnt have them dialed in closer. The fuel you are using is good e85? I need to send another list so we can see what each injector is doing individually. From what I see you arent hitting injector pulse limit but your duty cycle is 75 %. I will email you another list I thought I sent you this list last time but I guess not.
