It's been a busy couple weeks since I got home from the event. Mostly just getting caught up around here since every day off prior was devoted to getting ready.

The dyo category is incredibly competitive. The top three finishers all had less than a .030 spread. .My 082 spread was good for 14th Place in dyo but I did have the third fastest overall average in the class with a 10.119 I believe. Byron was my fastest track with a 10.096 and GLD was my slowest with a 10.178. By finishing with a top 100 average and also having a top 100 fastest pass we secured an early entry into next year's event which really was the only goal I was concerned about hitting. We ran the 2.65 pulley all week long on E85. Never touched the pulley or the fuel in 5 days. Average about 12.5 Towing the trailer.

After securing my average and spread on day 5 with a 10.102 pass we threw the 2.5 pulley on for some Glory runs during the all-run session and manage to go 10.009 and 10.008 back to back hot lapping at around 138 mph.

We did buy a brand new GoPro and draggy before I left. We have in car footage of each time slip submitted and a Time Warp of the entire drive to Byron and then the drive between each track. All of that should be posted to my YouTube under this username.

Found out after the fact that there's no easy way to merge the draggy overlay with the GoPro video unless you use another editing tool. So I'm either going to learn video editing or find a really good phone mount. Lol

I ran sick summer also in my black 16 charger hellcat. I saw your car in the staging lanes a few times but didn’t catch you. My son said he talked to you at Byron on the last day. Was going to ask what your set up was and who was tuning your car. I know I’m going E85, twin pumps and 1200 injectors. I have been talking with Jon Moore about buying one of his kits and have him tune.

The sick summer route took us within about 9 Mi of Jeremy Satera's shop so I decided to stop in after day one and chat. Pretty cool little facility and they have a lot of stuff going on. Lots of hellions stuff lately.

Setup is a Legacy Curt Dusterhoff "Stage 4" with an additional flex tune. So 180 stat, the old injected engineering cut/splice twin pumps, crank pin kit, 2.50 pulley for E and a 2.85 for 93 octane, FIC1200's. Been with him since 2019. OST Dyno did the parts install. Since then we've added ported blower and 108mm TB, headers & full exhaust plus chiller. Full AAD rear suspension, cradle lockout, diff brace and race brace, pinion lockout...car weighs 4875 with me in it. Went 10.009/10.008 last day at Byron in the All-Run session under the lights.

Very nice! I was behind you in the staging lanes on the last day, I saw one of those 10.0 runs. I have a 3 day weekend drag n drive in a couple weeks at Byron and tri state. Hoping to run a high 10 in the cooler air. I was close at 11.12 on sick summer. So far a put in a one piece drive shaft, cradle lock out , diff brace and drag pack wheels and tires. I was 4,700 with me in it at the tri state scales
