My shop has worked on many high end cars worth a fortune. After repairs; I make a phone call to the owner and tell him he needs to come drive his car with me in with my scanner and make adjustments.

This should be really simple for the owner. I would simply reply with my attorney’s name and phone number and instruct them that he has the cost for my replacement Ferrari, unless they have the replacement ordered from Italy already. Any questions? I am sure the owner has another DD or two hanging around.
