Sounds like a sensational story to me..... Considering the Cops RT cant pace him at 180 mph and he didnt get anyone on Radar/Laser while pursuing them id say the 180 mph is complete BS! Makes for a good story line tho.

I suspect there is more detail than is being divulged. These guys are going to fight tooth and nail. No DA worth their salt.is going to use the 180 mph allegation wo incontrovertible proof. Would not make sense bc the defense will push that.to the limit. Would be a good trial to watch, but ill wager it will be plea bargained.
