I have taken the class 3 times or 4 and you can only take it 5 times ,,,life of the party. I will take the class and ask for the court mercy on the fine. Since I have major health issues and on a set income all my disposal income goes for medical bills. The cop was in the emergancy lane. Attempting to move over and a car 2 feet off my ass,, I had no other way out but to speed up and move over. How's that sound. Even though the scrambler detector didn't even beep. I was flying and got caught. Damn $400 detector. Do to I blew by him and didn't slow down. Since the virus hit. I go to court on the computer. That's too bad cause I am a good sales person.
