Ok. I have to say this about that….. there’s nothing hard about building a Hellcat with a flex fuel setup that will make 1029+ hp at the flywheel. That’s nothing but your everyday 900whp e85 build which basically consists of a 6.2 with pulleys and upgraded fuel system. Put a 3.0 supercharger on a Redeye with e85 and you would have to actually try not to make that. If SRT is going to do that, call it something special, and then limit the production to some number that jacks the price and makes it a collector item that an enthusiast customer who would actually use it cant afford…… then it’s just another BS hype exercise. Leave that crap to the BJ auction clowns and support your local shops that make regular Hellcats perform beyond what Demons and whatever this one is going to be called.

Exactly! 1029 crank is roughly 860 rwhp, hell, most of the folks in this forum are pushing more than that already. just sick of the old song and dance we are for the regular guy crap.

Yep, when I'm done with mine it'll be more than that by accident. I'd be interested if 1) it weren't limited, 2) it didn't cost $100K 3) it had some special functions to make better use of the power that weren't just brochure gimmicks.

All these big performance vehicles starting a lot higher than they would have 2 years ago because of the market/inflation.

They used a lot of old tricks on the Demon. Dip back into that well, make something that will stomp the assumed 850hp ZR1 coming and grab every last dollar you can get.

Limiting this car to just 300 would be silly.
Again, they know even at 1k, 2k, 3k built, people will be mad. But if they build enough of them, it won't be impossible to get either.

I fully expect a 125k starting MSRP for this car. And I expect at least 2,000 units to be made. It makes no sense to limit this.
Also probably why you can't order shit this year. Stock piling parts for the last hurrah.

Dodge is literally putting all their eggs into the stupid Hornet and EV muscle car. And possible Durango replacement. Cash is king and they know damn well that E85 car is the golden ticket. It will be a task to get it, but it won't be impossible.

I just want a damn S/S. And now B5 is back!!!! That or Sublime for me. I'm not getting into a bidding war the last Demon killer. Like Marc stated, you can build that number fairly easily. Give me the 3.0L supercharger and E85 flex fuel tune. Low 9s and daily driven are my goals. I'll even take it with cloth seats

They should make the owners of this unobtanium 7th model sign a contract stating they'll take it to two track events in the first 12 months of ownership. Not sure how all that would get enforced, but would be nice if they could.

They should come up with something like what ford did with the ford gt but take it to the next level like if they want to sell it Dodge can only buy it back for what you paid

Going to a track event is good. They need to get these cars into the hands of people that will enjoy them not people looking to just make money off of them.

Hell I would daily drive it just like I do with my TAXI
